We expect CSRD water system approval in February, and then subdivision plans are submitted to Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI). It looks like we will get titles in April 2012. The development is over 80% sold out and is likely to be 90% - 100% sold out by the end of this Spring/Summer.
