There are 60 single family residential lots in Galena Shores.  During this pre selling phase (Phase 1) we are marketing 4 of the 8 remaining waterfront lots and 3 view lots.  The remaining view and waterfront lots will be brought in as Phases over the next few years as demand warrants.
