No Building Commitment At Galena Shores

     Waterfront is now more affordable!

Calgary, May 11, 2011 - Arrow Lakes Developments Ltd. (ALDL), the developer of Galena Shores, stated, “After working with our investment and owners group we are very pleased to announce that the building commitment at Galena Shores has been removed. We want our owners to have the flexibility to build when they want. The Building Design Guidelines remain and there are trailer restrictions. However, the net is that you can feel confident that you can build when you want and enjoy Galena Shores in the meantime.”, said Lindsay Moir, President of ALDL.

Galena Shores is a 60 lot single family residential development on Upper Arrow Lake in the spectacular Kootenays with 31 waterfront lots and 29 view lots.  The property has close to a kilometer of waterfront and is on 141 acres of pristine land.  Only 8 of the waterfront lots are still available.  Only 5 view lots are being sold in this Phase 1.
