Arrow Lakes Developments and Ansell Construction Continue Servicing at Galena Shores

     BC Waterfront Development Nearing Completion

Calgary, April 18, 2011 - Arrow Lakes Developments Ltd. (ALDL) has authorized a $2.1 million contract with Ansell Construction Ltd. for Ansell to complete the roads and deep services for the Galena Shores development.  Construction will resume today.

“We are very pleased that Ansell has been flexible in terms of start date this Spring.  This last winter was huge in terms of snow.  We weren’t exactly sure when the site would be dry enough to restart construction.  However, for a company of Ansell’s experience and customer focus this was no problem”, said Lindsay Moir, President of ALDL.

Tim Ansell, President of Ansell Construction expounded, “It is a pleasure to work on a project like Galena Shores.  In BC it is not often that the grades for recreational property are 1/10 the way they are in this development.  Now that Spring is here, our construction staff are looking forward to working on this beautiful lake project.”

Galena Shores is a 60 lot single family residential development on Upper Arrow Lake in the spectacular Kootenays with 31 waterfront lots and 29 view lots.  The property has close to a kilometer of waterfront and is on 141 acres of pristine land.  Only 8 of the waterfront lots are still available.  Only 5 view lots are being sold in this Phase 1.
