Strata Centre

The Strata Centre (Phase 2) will provide:

• Free form hot pools with natural landscaping
   
• Large outdoor areas for picnicking and sunbathing
   
• Male and female change rooms including shower and toilet facilities
   
• A meeting place for Galena Shores residents and guests
   
• Lounging and patio areas
   
• Kitchen facilities
   
• Convenience store

The Strata Centre is slated (market dependent) to become available during Phase 2. We are currently only selling Phase 1 lots (waterfront and 5 view lots). We expect Phase 2 to start summer of 2012 with the Strata Centre being operational in the summer of 2013.
