About Us

We are 23 investors that had a dream of owning waterfront property where we could enjoy our family vacations and for some of us build our retirement home.  We wanted unspoiled lake waterfront, far from the maddening crowds, with spectacular scenery, and we found that in Galena Shores.  We also wanted the opportunity to enjoy the waterfront experience and leave a legacy to our children.  We are now inviting only 7 additional families to join our community as Galena Shores owners.

We have pre screened and chosen 20 representative plans from the over 300 that Linwood has to offer.  This ensures that our owners have an excellent home that meets or exceeds the standards that we have set in the  Galena Shores building regulations.
